Co-worker cohesiveness: A solid team is good for you and pets
Featuring the dynamic communications guru, Shawn McVey!
Every team member — from the receptionist to the technician to the practice manager — plays a vital role in helping your practice succeed. But if they aren’t all on the same page, your practice’s performance suffers. Don’t let that happen. Bring key members of your team to this interactive workshop, and help them learn what it takes to build team cohesion for the good of each employee, the good of the practice, and — most importantly — the good of the patients.
Step One — Getting past poor communication habits
Engaging in convoluted conversations to talk about topics you can no longer avoid.
Step Two — Perfecting the practice
Issues are on the table … now, let’s work together to fix them.
Step Three — Self-improvement by taking issue ownership
How to become an effective employee who helps yourself and the practice.
Step Four — Progress assessment
Do you have the tools to help your practice excel at client and patient care?
