Important information about reservations and cancellations You will receive a confirmation after each reservation booking, modification, or cancellation. Review the confirmation carefully. If you don’t receive a confirmation by e-mail, fax, or mail within five days after any transaction, contact the CVC Housing Bureau at (800) 221-3531.
To receive special CVC rates, make your reservation by March 10, 2010. After this date, remaining room blocks may be released, and the hotels may charge significantly higher rates. All rates are per room per night and are subject to a 13.5% tax (subject to change). Hotels may charge additional fees for rooms with two or more occupants. When making a reservation, please note room type and smoking preference in the Accommodations and Special Requests sections of the Housing Form. The hotels will assign specific room types at check in, based on availability. Requests are not guaranteed.
Online reservations will be accepted with a credit-card guarantee only. Reservations made by mail or phone will be accepted with a credit-card guarantee or check deposit for one (1) night room and tax, payable to Travel Planners, Inc. All mailed requests and deposit checks must be received at Travel Planners by February 19, 2010. After this date, a credit card is required. Reservations and changes are subject to hotel availability.
